The 200F's trick is in the letter: the handlebars fold as well as the stem, so it packs down to under seven inches wide. On a train, in a car boot, or beside a desk, that is a bigger practical difference than any spec on the sheet. Underneath it is a conventional NIU commuter — 365 Wh, 20 mph, front fork, tubeless 10-inch tires, front drum with regen. The 33.6-mile claim is the weakest thing about it; tested range is 18.5 miles in regular riding, which is roughly what 365 Wh should give and roughly half what the box says. It is also 44 pounds, which undercuts the portability argument the folding bars were making, so think of the fold as being about storage volume rather than about carrying. No turn signals at this level either, which NIU reserves for the 300 series.
