Scooters whose range claim survives the arithmetic

Divide a scooter's watt-hours by its real consumption and you get an estimate of how far it goes. Divide the manufacturer's claim by that estimate and you get a number that says how much the marketing department added. These are the scooters where that number is lowest — the ones whose claim is closest to what the battery can actually do.
